About the Cottages:

Yes we offer free high-speed wifi access at both of our properties

Yes there is street parking for cars close to the property.

No but we are ideally located nearby to assist in the event you require any assistance during your stay.

Yes there are a range of amenities, attractions, shops and cafes / restaurants within a short walk of the property.

Yes we are ideally located close to local bus stops and a short walk from the local train station.

Yes we make available fresh linens in each bedroom in the cottages as well as a selection of towels for your use as well.

Yes we are pet friendly at both cottages!

You are welcome to check in with us from 3pm on the day of arrival. 

When its time to leave – checkout is at 10am on your departure date.

Yes we have options for use of a trundle and travel cot for additional guests needs during your stay.

Check in is available from 4pm, with check out at 930am in the morning. Although please note; we may be able to offer a late check out depending on availability.

About the Local Area:

Swaffham is a beautiful market town located in West Norfolk on the coast. 

Swaffham rose in prominence during medieval times based on our local agriculture. During the 14th and 15th centuries, the town become home to a flourishing sheep and wool trade, which gave rise to the marketplace with the famous Butter Cross.

We have a range of eateries to suit all tastes including The Market Cross Café, family friendly pubs like The White Hart as well as the well-known George Hotel and Stratton’s Hotel.

In addition we have a range of shops from large nationwide chains to local boutiques and producers – and not forgetting our world famous market!

Yes – a range of walks, country lanes, and cycling tracks can all be found in Castle Acre just 10-minutes   away. 

Swaffham is the ideal base from which to explore the Brecks; an area that spans 393 sq miles across Suffolk and Norfolk, set in the heart of East of England. 

Yes – in addition to being closely located to major trunk roads, Swaffham is just a 95 minute train ride from London’s Kings Cross and the station provides direct links to Stansted Airport, Cambridge, and Ely.
