About Us

Swaffham Cottages is a set of mid-18th century Norfolk brick and flint farm cottages located within close proximity of the Georgian market town centre. 

The cottages form part of a former dairy farm ~ Manor Farm – which has been owned by our family for 3 generations.  Expansion of Swaffham has seen the diary unit re-located to a neighboring village. 

The three cottages as existing were historically five cottages and occupied by the farm employees and their families: as the families relocated the cottages were initially altered to create three properties which have subsequently been renovated to a high standard throughout retaining many original fixtures and fittings and full gas fired central heating.

Today our cottages are available for self-catering holidays on the Norfolk coast for holidaymakers looking to get away from it all and take in some of the beautiful scenery in the local area.
